Kingsland hosts several days of Independence Day activities, including two fireworks shows over Lake LBJ, special dinners, a street dance, land and boat parades, a car show, an arts and crafts show, tournaments, and live music. AquaBoom is free to attend.

Llano’s annual Independence Day celebration will take place Saturday, July 6, from 10 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. on the banks of the Llano River at Robinson Park. Rock’N Riverfest includes kayak racing, Anything But A Boat races, a car show, live music, a barbecue cook-off, games, food and drink vendors. Festivities culminate with a grand fireworks display. Admission is $10 for ages 18 and over. The city hosts another fireworks show on July 4 at Badu Park.
