The two-story home, which can accomodate up to 12 guests, gives a nod to life on the water with touches of brass and nautical accents throughout.
The first level holds two guest suites: the primary with a king-size bed and private bath and the second with a queen-size bed. Suites on the second level include a bunkroom with three single bunkbeds and another room with a king-size bed.
The Snug’s spacious main level has an open floor plan with plenty of room to gather. Another living area is on the second level.
The bright, fully-stocked, and well-equipped kitchen has a large center island and expansive counter space. Six can sit at the dining table and even more at the kitchen countertop.
Guests can dine lakeside on a covered back porch with another six-seat table. This roomy space also includes a comfortable seating area, ceiling fans, and a grill.
A tree-shaded backyard features a fire pit with even more seating and space for yard games. The covered boat slip has a deck over the water, making it a great spot to relax and enjoy the lake breeze. Guests are welcome to use the kayak, standup paddleboard, and floating lily pad.
The Snug is minutes away from shopping and dining, just across the bridge in Kingsland and also in nearby Horseshoe Bay and Llano. The area has several state parks to explore as well as wineries and breweries.
