Welcome to Lake Daze, a tranquil waterfront property, available to accommodate anywhere from 16 to 32 family members and/or friends! This property is unlike any other on the lake – you can rent to sleep 16 through the main house/listing, Lake Daze, add beds for 8 more (total 24) with the addition of the Bunkhouse OR get crazy and invite 32 by adding on “Just Chillin”!!! Whichever options you choose, one thing is for sure…You will love your time at Lake Daze!

As you enter the main house, please be sure not to step on your jaw as you gaze through the wall of glass immediately in front of you. You are greeted with amazing views- The Lake; The lush yard, perfect for an afternoon game of football; And, of course, the beauty, artistry & shade created by Mother Nature Herself (the trees).

This open floor-planned farmhouse is reminiscent of all things Chip & Jo – from the beamed, cathedral ceilings & open kitchen shelving to the 8-person dining table, calming décor, and uplifting, locally-crafted art. The kitchen, besides being cute as a button, will satisfy the pickiest of chefs with all your culinary essentials within arm’s reach! For those wanting to learn a trick or two in kitchen or just keep your chef company, a huge bar with six stools separates the kitchen from living area. If choosing to dine indoors, you will be able to comfortably seat 8 at the dining table plus 6 at the bar AND still be able to share the same conversation.

The spacious living room’s focal point is a gorgeous rock fireplace that matches the rock columns found on the back porch, bringing the outside in. A huge sectional sofa will be a wonderful place for an afternoon nap, nighttime movie, or maybe just view the beauty outdoors while staying cool.

To the left of the sliding doors in the living room, the master oasis is prepped for your head’s landing. This on-suite’s king size bed faces large windows, allowing you to awaken in calmness – viewing the water’s stillness while hearing the bird’s songs. The master room also offers a day bed/trundle, allowing a total of 4 to witness the morning’s beauty.

Down the hallway off the dining and living area, you will locate 3 of the 4 bedrooms, which share a lovely 2-vanity bathroom and huge walk-in shower.

First, a large bedroom that will surely be taken over by the tweens & teens of the trip! With accommodations for 6, this room is furnished with 2 twin-size plus trundle bunkbeds, offers plenty of natural light and provides views of the lush backyard & lake. There is also a couch, large tv, and a table, perfect for playing board games!

The middle bedroom is simple and quaint, offering a queen bed and twin bunks, to sleep a total of 4. Lastly, at the end of the hallway, you will locate 2-person bedroom, complete with a queen bed and desk- perfect for the traveler who may need a quiet area to work during your stay.

Just when you thought this listing could not get any better, we open the sliding glass doors. Whether you are renting Lake Daze alone or add on the “Bunkhouse” and “Just Chillin”, the outdoor area remains just as nostalgic. The covered porch off the living room provides an option to dine outdoors, read your morning paper, or just enjoy nature. Walking down the stairs to the boat dock, 2 levels of shade-covered, well-kept landscaping & grass are screaming to be played in. Continue down the rock path down to the most popular hang-out – the boat dock.

Lake Daze offers a boat lift for boats up to 23′ if you are looking to BYOB. Whether or not you bring your boat, this two-story boat dock is still where you will spend most of your time. It provides shade below, along with a picnic table, plenty of room to cast a line or two dock and a swim platform to cool off from the Texas heat.

Up top, a covered lounge area with fan is where you will spend most mornings sipping coffee and evenings sipping cocktails. For those who plan on spending all day on the upper deck, you can catch the uncovered rays in the four lounge chairs overlooking the happenings around you.
