This 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home on Inks Lake is a perfect getaway for a private weekend escape or a vacation destination for the entire family. Inks Lake, nestled in between Burnet and Llano in the beautiful Texas hill country, is constant level and the home of the popular Inks Lake State Park, Camp Longhorn and Inks Dam National Fish Hatchery.

This uniquely designed “modern rustic” and open floor plan home features lots of windows and scenic lake views from every room. The kitchen and dining area offers plenty of space for meal preparation on granite and stainless steel countertops, stainless stove/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and utensils. If you enjoy cooking outside, you’re welcome to use the propane grill or wood burning BBQ pit.

A spiral staircase leads upstairs to a dramatic steel catwalk which connects the upstairs bedrooms and a large shared bath.

A covered deck spans the front of the house, offers a cool breeze and plenty of lakeside seating. Wide concrete steps provide easy access to the water and boat dock on a private, no-wake cove ideal for swimming, fishing, canoeing, kayaking or floating peacefully on inner tubes with friends. The dock features plenty of space for sunbathing during the day or star gazing at night.

You are welcome to bring a boat (up to 21′) and tie it to the mooring buoy or dock. Boat, jet ski and paddle board rentals are also available locally. There’s only one public boat ramp on Inks so boat traffic is normally lite. The neighborhood boat launch is a short walk from the house. Boat trailers can be left in the parking area in front of the our house.
