Llano is making a tradition of celebrating the holidays olde-school style with the fun and whimsical A Dickens of a Christmas. The second annual event takes place Dec. 6-8, 2024, in downtown Llano with some events at other locations in town.
A Dickens of a Christmas whisks visitors away to Christmastime in Victorian England with a host of merriment and characters straight out of the classic Charles Dickens novel “A Christmas Carol.” The festivities are sure to fill any Scrooge with a healthy dose of holiday cheer. The festival is free to attend. The dinner theater, pancake breakfast, home tour, and Victorian tea require tickets.

Dine in Victorian luxury with a savoury four-course meal and entertainment by Damian Gillen and his one-man show, “Bah Humbug!” Guests are encouraged to dress in period attire or holiday finest.

Pancakes with Santa & Mrs. Claus

Guests should be on their best behavior when breakfasting with Santa and Mrs. Claus or they might end up on the Naughty List.
