Already featured on VisitLlanoCounty.com, Over the River Thru the Woods is a collection of six cozy cabins on 1133 Ranch Road 2768 near Castell, each named with Hill Country personality: The Buck Stops Here, Texas Our Texas, Tippy Canoe, Boot Scootin Boogie, Gone Fishin’, and Happy Trails. The cabins sleep up to 14 guests total, with each unit having its own kitchen, bath, and porch with Hill Country views. Dogs and children are welcome. A fire pit and outdoor games are shared, and kayak rentals are available next door at the Castell General Store. The General Store is about 1.5 miles away for cold beers, burgers, and weekend events.
