Sunnyside Up is a waterfront 5 bedroom/3 bathroom vacation home that sleeps 10 guests located on beautiful Lake LBJ in Kingsland, Texas. The nicely renovated home located on a channel just off of the main lake has its own jet ski ramp and a nearby boat ramp for guests to use.
A large spacious kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances and a separate drink fridge. Bedrooms include a king en suite, two with queen beds, another with a full-sized bunk bed, and the fifth sleeping area has a daybed.
The channel to the lake is great for fishing — so bring your gear. The area is known for great golf, multiple state parks nearby, amazing wineries and breweries, and you are always able to find live music in the area.
