The main floor living room has a queen-size pull-out sofa for more sleeping space. The lower level of the home is the fifth bedroom with sleeping space for four. It has its own outside entrance, private patio, half-bath, and kitchenette.
A well-equipped kitchen has everything needed for mealtime, including a high-end gas cooktop, oven, and spacious fridge. The comfy living area sports a large-screen TV and a fireplace and offers a nice lake view. The main and lower level patios are covered and have outdoor seating and dining spaces.
The large, lush backyard is roomy enough for a lively game of volleyball, horseshoes, cornhole, or any other outdoor game. A rock fire pit surrounded by Adirondack chairs is the perfect spot to sip a glass of wine and stargaze. A covered boat dock over the water is equipped with boat and personal watercraft lifts and additional patio space with seating. Guests at Lady Bird Lookout are welcome to go for a paddle in the property’s three kayaks.
Lady Bird Lookout is conveniently located minutes from shopping and dining in Kingsland. Lighthouse Country Club and Golf Course are within walking distance, and The Legends Golf Course is a quick 10-minute drive. Outdoor adventurers will enjoy checking out nearby state parks and natural areas. The city of Llano is just down the road and filled with history, shopping, dining, and drinking opportunities. Don’t miss the tiny, colorful Castell community. What it lacks in size, it makes up for in personality and is worth the (very scenic) drive.
